We do not offer returns or refunds, in case you change your mind, so it is advisable to choose your fashion jewelry for women wisely. However, if your stainless steel jewellery arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent to you, we will be happy to exchange it. All you have to do is email us a proper unboxing video within two days of receiving the wrong or damaged product.
